Innovation

Innovation is our differential.

Our innovation is accompanied by high-impact technologies with which we guarantee bio-healthy spaces in a reliable, long-lasting and environmentally-friendly way. Find out more below!

What is nanolayer technology and irradiation with UVC lamps?

Photocatalytic nanolayers are an innovative material that we apply as a coating to disinfect any space or surface. How do we achieve it? Through irradiation with natural light or ultraviolet light systems.

Using ultraviolet C radiation lamps with 60,000 maintenance hours, an effect called photocatalysis is produced, capable of instantly eliminating viruses, bacteria and germs from any space or surface, such as buildings, offices, classrooms and industries.

Find out about the application of this technology in our disinfection solutions for spaces, surfaces, textiles and swimming pools: [i]surfaces[i]space[i]clothes and [i]pool.

How do we apply photocatalysis to purify the air we breathe?

Through active technology in some of the most advanced purifiers on the market, capable of disinfecting the air through heterogeneous photocatalysis, nanolayers and ultraviolet light systems.

Our [i]air solution features purifiers, suitable for ducts and consoles, that continuously clean and disinfect the air in any space, eliminating aerosols and pollutants with proven efficacy.

Find out about the photocatalysis process step by step.

What do our systems for bio-healthy swimming pools involve?

In a combination of technology designed to transform swimming pools into safe, ecological and sustainable spaces, such as reactors, filtration media, coatings with nanomaterials that purify the water when it comes into contact with sunlight.

This system is part of our [i]pool solution, which ensures that swimming pools consume less energy and waste less water, require less maintenance, and use fewer aggressive and hazardous chemicals, without changing the water salinity.

Why swimming pool disinfection goes beyond chlorine? Find out here.

What does ultraviolet C light contribute?

Impressive germicidal properties that, due to its wavelength, form covalent bonds that intercept the genetic sequence of microorganisms. In this way, it “deactivates” the DNA of viruses and bacteria, making it impossible for them to reproduce and, therefore, be infectious.

This technology is part of our [i]space[i]surfaces and [i]air solution which, through its light activation, activates the disinfecting powers of the nanolayers (through photocatalysis) to achieve asepsis in spaces and surfaces, as well as optimal air purification

What do you know about nanomaterials?

In nanomaterials, the particles behave differently. Due to being reduced to a microscale, they acquire properties that are impossible to achieve on their regular scale.

In our [i]surfaces[i]clothes and [i]pool solutions, nanomaterials make up our coatings and are capable of making any material, surface or clothing safe, giving it self-cleaning and disinfection properties and even impermeability against liquids.

How do we encapsulate corrosion with nanolayers?

As it is a natural chemical process, it occurs frequently regardless of the quality of the infrastructure. Nanotechnology has found a way to stop corrosion and reverse its effects.

Thermal Ceramics, a thermal insulation innovation developed by NASA

The real key to the success of this technology is that it drastically decreases the thermal conductivity of the surfaces it covers, in addition to contributing other very valuable attributes.

The success is in our results. In our LAB, we’ll explain the tests, trials and reports we have developed to measure the efficiency, cost-effectiveness and sustainability of our technology and the application of our [i]solutions. Would you like to find out more? Keep reading!

Why are our laundering systems efficient and ecological?

Because they combine technology designed to optimise laundering processes with conditioning reactors, microplastic capture systems , dosing systems and sustainable chemicals to ensure laundering processes are faster, savings on electricity and water consumption, improving the productivity of the machinery and reducing the pollutant load of the discharges.

This laundering system is part of our [i]laundry solution; its sustainable and eco-technology process has ECO-TECHNOLOGY certification.

What cost-effectiveness and sustainability results does [i]laundry achieve? Find out here.

What results do our [i]pool solutions achieve?

A domestic swimming pool can use the same amount of water as a family in two months. However, thanks to innovation and technology, we can transform our swimming pools so that they are ecological, bio-healthy and have a positive impact on both people’s health and the environment.
